When Harry Met Sally is the gold-standard when it comes to romantic comedies. An Absolute must see. Incredibly real feeling romance story with two dynamite leads with electrified yet believably developed chemistry. It’s close to a perfect romance movie, with amazing authenticity, and great comedy. I loved this movie.
The cast is great, the story is disturbing, and the mood is very well set.
All in all it’s properly disturbing in some ways, but it doesn’t have a really “full” story to it, it seems. Something about this seems off in some way, and that there should have been more of a resolution towards the end.
I prefer Blow Out to this, if we’re choosing best “Character-Discovers-Death-Through-Tape-and-Finds-the-Perpetrators” movie, though. It’s more well-rounded.

No other film captures the bone-deep dread of watching the inevitable happen just as you knew it would all along. Some people are fated, I believe. You want to help Laura, to save her, but you can't. Lynch forces you to sit and watch her…
