Guys help - I don’t think I liked it. It’s so well made and I can taste the perfection in its storytelling, but it also lost me so hard so early. I must be missing something, but for me I just couldn’t buy the film’s transition from having the main characters mug someone to having them be supposedly likeable with zero steps in between. Please tell me where I’ve gone wrong with this assessment - I really want to love it the way everyone else seems to. As it is, I almost rated it lower.
UPDATE: Oh fuck, I've rated it lower.
