Review of the show:
Love doesn’t have to be a person. It can be a passion.
I’m pretty sure this just became my favorite show after this most recent re-watch. Not only does it incorporate so many stylistic elements l love, but it’s exploration of friendship, love, feminism, inclusivity and mental illness is done so effortlessly and with such profound simplicity. Plus the finale is a BEAUTY. Not many shows get to end on their own terms and this show nails it. It defines underrated gem - a show that on the surface lacks the high-profile prestige, but uses passion and dedication to tell a profoundly human story with such heart and humor. I love this show so much
