Most ridiculous and fun film I have seen, with great cinematography, absurd performances from Robert Downey Jr and Tommy Lee Jones and a genuine critique of how media glorifies crime and makes celebrities out of terrible killers and treacherous villains. I get how some of the editing choices can come off as obnoxious but for me it adds to the charm of it all.
