As a teenaged magician, I have to say Derek is an incredible performer. I was emotionally engaged and when I wasn’t I was in awe of the feats they accomplished. Directed by Frank Oz!

This movie hates women. It’s abstinence propaganda, extremely homophobic, and men harass, abuse, and gaslight women, and the movie is on their side. A disgusting choice for Zac Efron to participate in this. He’s good at spinning a basketball on his finger but spewed cruel garbage the whole time.

This is nothing short of a masterpiece. Just strikingly, breathtakingly beautiful. It’s about so much, it weaves countless memorable characters, multiple timelines. It’s so clearly such a personal film to Greta, and it’s a near perfect adaptation, one of a kind. A nearly unmatched cast of talented actors in each role.

I spent the final hour moving between streaming tears, laughing, gasping, and just generally a huge smile.

This movie made me feel like I was drinking hot mulled apple cider, sipped on a cold day during the holidays, surrounded by loved ones.
