Anthony Herrera’s review published on Letterboxd:
I’ve always been a fan by this underrated sequel, I was never bothered by the fact that it takes place in another universe where Halloween is just a film. The supernatural, science fiction thriller is also in scenes creepy and has a creepy, synthetic soundtrack that rivals the first two in quality since it was produced by John Carpenter himself. The original route was to have every Halloween film be a separate story taking place in the Halloween season. Nonetheless I would’ve loved to have seen a continuation to this film, since it does leave with a very intense cliffhanger.
