  • King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

    ★★½

If you’ve ever played the Batman Arkham Series or any video game with choreographed fight scenes the fights in this movie look exactly like this. Jude Law has always looked ridiculous in this movie and he is. I like the heisty aspect of this movie and the sword is really cool but it’s kind of a bland enjoyable movie. Charlie Hunnam has great abs but he can do better. Eric Bana looks real good too.

  • The Emoji Movie

I wish I could give reviews a negative score

  • The Snowman

    The Snowman

    ½

I swear nothing actually happens in this movie it’s just a bunch of poorly placed nonsense. No wonder the director trashed this before it’s release.

  • Kingsman: The Golden Circle

    Kingsman: The Golden Circle

    ★★

Not better than the first one but very fun but also VERY RIDICULOUS. All negatives first; Elton John, love the man, love his music but FUCKIN hell he takes me out every time he shows up and all he does is tell someone to fuck off and it’s not funny and it takes me out every single time. Julianne Moore what movie is she in Jesus Christ not a kingsman movie that’s for sure, she’s ridiculous and she’s not even…

  • The Shape of Water

    The Shape of Water

    ★★★★★

The Shape of Water is directed by Guillermo del Toro (one of my favs) and it stars Sally Hawkins, Doug Jones, Michael Shannon, Octavia Spencer, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Richard Jenkins. It is set in the 1960s during the Cold War and follows a mute night cleaner, played by Hawkins, who finds a creature in the lab she works in and slowly falls in love with him.

I don’t want to say much because I only saw one trailer and knew…

  • Bright

    Bright

I like the orc makeup, Joel Edgerton and the lore built up around orcs and humans. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE MOVIE! If this was maybe a Lord of the Rings type of thing it would have been easier to digest. This also should have been written by David Ayer because I love End of Watch, that movie and the dialogue between the two leads feels real. The writing here is atrocious! Bad jokes, weird lines that don’t necessarily make…

  • Star Wars: The Last Jedi

    Star Wars: The Last Jedi

    ★★★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I very much want to see this again but i will not review until i do because I need all my thoughts collected. But overall REALLY liked this film

    3 Days later
This film is still great. I didn’t want to immediately review it because I thought I was being over ambitious on my feelings for this, but I actually liked it more the second time around. Now sure don’t get me wrong no film is perfect no matter how…

  • The Disaster Artist

    The Disaster Artist

    ★★★★

    Hahahaha, what a story Mark.

This movie is almost as perfect as The Room. I haven’t laughed this hard since I saw Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. The Disaster Artist directed by James Franco is about the making of the best worst movie ever. It follows Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero as the travel to Los Angeles to make it big and become real Hollywood actor and make real Hollywood movie. If you’ve never seen The Room or read Greg’s…

  • Call Me by Your Name

    Call Me by Your Name

    ★★★★★

Call Me By Your Name is directed by Luca Guadagnino and is about a summer Italian romance between Elio Perlman played by Timothee Chalamet and Oliver played by Armie Hammer. I’ve heard about this film since it was announced back in January at Sundance, before I saw a trailer I was going off of this based on my love for Armie Hammer but then the trailer dropped and I was drawn in. When I saw the trailer I honestly teared…

  • The Room

    The Room

    ★★★★★

“I did not hit her. It’s bullshit. I did not her. I DID NOT! Oh hai Mark.”

Wow are you kidding me this is at its best a beautiful car crash, a masterclass of cinema fuck those Kevin Spacey online acting classes I’m ready for Tommy Wiseau to teach me to act and direct this masterpiece. I’ve never seen something so bad that has permeated pop culture like this film has it’s truly beautiful. Full frontal it is bad but…

  • One & Two

    One & Two

    ★★

I was here for Timmy, overall 🤷‍♀️😴

  • Batman

    Batman

    ★★★★

Technically I’ve seen this but never to it’s full capacity which is a shame because this is fantastic. Classic ‘66 Batman in action, it’s weird that I’ve seen more episodes of the show than the movie itself. Some of my favorite bits are but not exclusive to: Catwoman constantly meowing or screeching, Penguin also making penguin sounds, Joker constantly laughing, the Penguin sub had flippers, the oh so ever iconic bomb scene, the Riddlers sky riddles (LOVE). What a great film. RIP The Bright Knight ❤️
