One of the most absurd spectacles I've ever seen.
Seeing this in a theater was great, everyone seemed like they were trying not to laugh at first, very uncomfortable and awkward. The laughs did start coming and they didn't let up after about 20 minutes. This film made me breathless, in as much as I was constantly primed to laugh, but there were very few healthy, belly laughs. It was like a constant trickle of nervous laughter.
I've never seen anything quite like this, and they went all out. Props to Jocelyn DeBoer and Dawn Luebbe for playing the two main characters as well as directing. This film requires a lot of faith and having the majority of the lines come from the film's directors helped me get on board real quick.
