Zach a.m.’s review published on Letterboxd:
The central mystifying and horrifying act of mass suicide by any means necessary is haunting, especially when accompanied by little more than the calming bristle of the nearby flora. The further the movie moves into the wilderness, the scarier it gets too. I just think it's a shame that the mystery is unravelled so soon because watching Mark Wahlberg - who wears a face of utter bewilderment through the whole entire film - and Zooey Deschanel - who looks like she's walked out of another movie - run from the wind just isn't as compelling as it sounds.
It's a lot more entertaining than I remembered though.
