this was so. so. so. so. so bad. i’m upset about it honestly. bo burnham has been one of the only “famous” people who i’ve ever really followed and cared about. i’ve seen all of his specials, all the movies he’s been in, and eighth grade was amazing. but this??? this wasn’t funny, i did not laugh once, and even if it was marketed as an experimental musical film or something along those lines, it was still very very very bad. none of the songs were good, either. this is proof that depression or sadness does not equal good art. and i am very upset, and i hope bo burnham is okay.
