What a fun film! Every Ghibli film is just oozing with character, creativity, and charm - this was no exception. Beautiful animation, great characters, and a really unique story! I have a super vague memory of watching this with my sister in PA when I was like 10 and it was so fun revisiting. Ghibli continues to impress!

My goodness. I’ve been wanting to watch this film for a good while, especially interested after seeing Mallick’s Tree of Life last year, which turned out to be one of my favourite films.
