Extremely juvenile, to the degree that I’d wager it’s in on the joke, but it never gives us a hint. That makes it all the better.

I’d wanted to watch this for a while, having only read the synopsis. Anything I could’ve imagined was surpassed to a staggering degree. They nailed it. Seriously, an incredible joint. Essential watch for any Sopranos fan.

Hear me out. This is, legitimately, a brilliant film. It is a cacophony of nonsense. Poverty is evil. It seeps into everything, even the walls. It’s so hard to shed the weight of light pockets, and even in the process, it takes the steadfast effort of others. But in the end, it’s worth it.

I don’t think this was as substantive as it presents itself, but it was fun. Gorgeous, good performances!

Scorsese with none of the magic. The subtext here doesn’t resonate with me just because as a whole it’s an unlikeable film. Good performances with bad direction.

Watched the extended cut. I have seen the original, but I wasn’t too familiar with it so I couldn’t discern what was new. What makes this romp so good is just how believable it is. Perfectly played.
