In which Bixby Bridge established itself as a foreshadowing tool for leading audiences of all kinds into the business, dramatics, and histrionics of white people - also in which Monterey happens to proudly house a rampant amount.

Blood and feathers as garland on the grills of the cage. Faces as masks, wordless and disturbed, now splattered with blood. Their eyes slowly moving to meet the deviant, with a bloodstained uniform and a stone cold face.

The desperation slowly dissolving from this pair as they continue to let the fight play out, despite both cocks still managing to persevere and withstand each other’s blows. It continues to rouse a growing crowd, now huddled around the deviant's footmen -…

I was scared of dentists and the dark
I'm still scared of pretty girls and starting conversations

Oh, both my gums are turning green
You're the woman wielding pliers in my dreams

    Ah-ooh-ooh-ooh,
    ah-ahh-ah-ah

    And they've come unstuck

    Entirely here for three things:

    1) Toronto circa 2013, which instantly took me back to trips downtown with my mother in the fifth grade

    2) Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan's characters respectively screaming idiosyncrasies in their conversations as it's hard not to fall for dialogue that tries to be quirky as something that holds both a particular value and charm

    3) Mackenzie Davis being so insufferably hot is as hot as being hot as fuck gets

I mean, the acting is phenomenal and so is the rest of this film, but that script hit all the right notes. It's like watching someone pen a love letter to the younger self they forgot they knew and had all along - as less of a muse, and more of a reminder.

Proof that Chassol remains the blueprint for the David Dockeries and MonoNeons of the world. Mind you, this is the man who wrote, arranged, and performed that Moog solo on Frank Ocean's "Close To You" and "Unity".

Harmonies have the ability to unlock a world so vast, yet no different from the one we exist within. Perhaps that is why this dear earth wouldn't be so phenomenal without them. After all, harmonies can truly take you places if you let…

Contemplative in the eeriest way possible, and with this left as one of the last documents of a landmark that brought an entire community together through cinema itself, time seems to stop for as ephemeral as these glimpses are. After all, this is being filmed through the eyes of a person whose passion for cinema continues to go beyond what his words can convey.

I'd like to thank David for giving us this gift, and the closest thing to the Bytowne's long-lasting popcorn fulfillment. It was quite the honor to have helped with color grading this short.

Not sad, yearning, or even remotely interested in anything else related to Black Mirror as a whole - just significantly flustered over the national treasure that is Mackenzie Davis.

"It's like Supreme shat out an apartment."

Oh God, tenth grade me would have loved this.

This is so aggressively millennial it hurts, but I will never not find comfort in female friendships every time so what else is really new (it's Rosario Dawson's presence and Lakeith Stanfield in the same movie, if I saved you 93 minutes you don't have to thank me).

And if we despise Gina Rodriguez as a person, why is she still relatively good at…

Love for Moguls was a rose
Love for Mowglis like us is a poppy
Love smuggled across borders, authorities tried to stop me

    First brown people we dated
    Self-hatred almost stopped it
Me, it's the thorns that I love
    It cuts, toughen the skin
I need it strong to win
