Bruno Rodriguez’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is so cool.
It’s just so cool so see my people represented in such a normalized and subtle way. The pin said it all, but it didn’t become one of the centers of narrative unnecessarily. That is literally how it should be done. LGBTQ+ folks should be normalized into society.
Apart from that, which obviously, to me, it meant a a lot the animation and story is just perfect. The artists should pay themselves in the back because it was a really great experience. The colors are great. The flow is great.
Olivia Coleman’s and Maya Rudolph could run my world into the ground and I’d be ok with it.
