    soundtrack kicks ass.

this movie makes me nostalgic for when people used to steal actual things and not just put some bitcoin or NFTs or whatever on a thumb drive.

  • The Suicide Squad

    The Suicide Squad

    ★★★½

a big budget superhero movie that’s critical of the US military? wowzers!

i like the weasel guy and this movie felt like what the Mystery Men movie should have actually been more like, what with the cheap homemade costumes and the people dying left and right and whatnot.

There was a lot of dumb stuff too and it’s more than two hours long, but that’s to be expected I guess.

Also, this got me thinking, the only difference between Batman and these guys is that Batman never gets caught.

ok, so the wardrobe in this is very cool, especially the cow shirts that Owen wears. Billy Crystal constantly yelling “slut” is not as cool.

If Ann Ramsey could get nominated for an Academy Award for this performance (standing and yelling) then it gives me hope that the same could happen for John Ennis or Bob Odenkirk.

  • Jack and Jill

    Jack and Jill

    Their house is unsettling

  • Rocks in My Pockets

    Rocks in My Pockets

    ★★★

The practical sets were cool, as was the scene where everything in the forest had a cute little face.

Not so into the stuff that looked like Bill Plympton, or films that are non-stop narration in general.

  • Mind Game
