Born in this century. Trying to catch up on what I missed. I don’t mess with horror, anime, or musicals.
I feel like I've seen this enough times to give a fully fleshed-out review, so here goes.
Perhaps the most monumental impact that The Dark Knight has had on the world is that it exists as a measuring tape that every single superhero film will be put up against. And although it can never be fairly compared with another film, especially since superhero flicks seem to be content with pushing the stakes so far as to exceed the limits of…
A lazy and poorly-written disappointment stuffed to the brim with awful CGI.
I really didn’t care for the the first Wonder Woman movie, but I’d never say it was a bad movie. WW84 is a bad movie.
The action looks similar to that of Gemini Man, completely fake. As if nothing was done to incorporate any semblance of physical realism whatsoever. The story is incredibly lazy and predictable. These factors considered, and others, render the 150-minute runtime an absolute disgrace.

But boy do I wish I did!
Midway isn't a heartbreaking, somber, or ideologically important war film. It is a loud and expensive retelling of one of the most important and, frankly, fun battles of World War II.
And although the writing, especially for the Dick Best character, including his name (wtf…
Oh my God. I don't know what kind of drugs I was on the first time I watched this, but Inception is most definitely a five-star movie. I didn't even know that I was watching this on the 10-year anniversary of its release, but that makes it even better. There are not words to describe how good this movie is, from the characters' nuances and dynamics, the underlying themes, the fantastic score that had my subwoofer testing its lungs (seriously,…
I have such good memories of this, as it was the last movie I saw with my friends before moving away, and this doesn't need any nostalgia to be one of my favorite movies. The action is great, Tom Holland is incredible at balancing superhero skills with being incredibly awkward, and the cast around him is mostly there for comic support, especially the teachers.
You know, being a man of science, witches.
