U should all listen to my opinions and validate them
I watched this on my birthday because I thought it would make it more funny. I found the way that the foreshadowing was so obvious to be really funny and cringe but nobody else was laughing along with me in the cinema. BUT COME OOONNNN ‘stop thinking about the future 😫😫😫’ ‘I can’t wait to hear u sing like that when u grow up 😩’. The one thing I did like was that couple that grew old together and were actually happy in such awful circumstances Idk felt kind of absurd and cute. Anyways this movie was fun to watch, what a birthday treat !
Things to say… uhmmmmm… what an absurd movie!
At first I hated how women were depicted in this movie (they’re all fucking idiots) but then I realised who’s eyes we see the women through. This misogynistic perspective emphasises truly how psychopathic Patrick is… to see women as a subspecies made for sex and murder, it reflects perfectly on ‘the woman’ role in a patriarchal society. The movie reflects on this view point from a literal psychopath, which to me really…
relatable movie about white girl from catholic family that wants to just get away. Why did her mum have to write those letters?!?! It lead to me impulsively pausing the movie to read them but not being able to because i had tears in my eyes and i was crying... need to call my mum now.
