This was stellar all around. Minus a few CG heavy moments the blend of CG and practical effects were great. Great stunt work. Rachel Weiss was so good in this. Loved Djimon Hounsou and Tilda Swinton’s supporting roles.
The mythological and religious aspects were the highlight for me though. I just love when movies go deep into the mythological spiritual realm and picking apart the philosophy of it all. In this case it was religious and I just love where they took the story and the ending was perfect.
Keanu is becoming on one my favorite actors. Yea his roles are all very similar but no matter what property I buy him in any role and I root for him. I just love him and I still have yet to get to Point Break, Speed, and a lot of his other roles.
