out of all the whack things that happen in this movie, the one thing that threw me off was seeing dwayne johnson with hair
I came into this with barely any knowledge of it, except that I had major FOMO since I missed this at Cannes this year.
A modern day masterpiece. Visually stunning, and intoxicating. I’m going to be thinking about this for months until it’s released in the US and I get to see it again. I’m pretty sure if Alfred Hitchcock was alive right now he would gladly call Bong Joon Ho the next master of suspense.
Movie of the year. (And definitely go into it with no knowledge of what it’s about!)

Is it Nolan’s best? Not really (in my opinion, of course). But it’s far from his worst. It has a fantastic concept and it’s definitely well executed, and genre bending at times.
