“Why do I fall in love with every woman I see that shows me the least bit of attention?”
recognizes romance as a strange and complicated beast that can never be fully tamed. kaufman understands how we feel attracted to each other, when the flaws in us start to show to the people around us, and how we take that. every person is a strange web of interconnected thoughts and ideas, and love is the combination of that. it makes everything more complicated. i’m crying. this movie is perfect.
