For me, Christmas has always been about family and togetherness. What all great Christmas films have in common is that you can sit down together as many generations and share in the wonder of storytelling. There is a thread running through all of my favorite Christmas films, and that is the resilience of the human spirit, and our capacity to rediscover hope, magic and joy, in the times we really need it. I think we need to hold on to this now more than ever.
