It's really dumb and it kind of works.
Most of the underwater sequences look really good, but the above-ground action scenes show off Wan's talents best. The fight in Italy was really well- choreographed and just overall great.
The fast-paced editing in the first act makes so much of the necessary setup much more enjoyable than it should have been.

Truly some of the best characters ever written (specifically General Turgidson, General Ripper, and Col. Bat Guano). Three men so dangerously loyal to their nation and the principles they associate with it that they risk the lives of the people who occupy said nation.
Saying orange man bad is low hanging fruit, but his mishandling of the nuclear emergency alert system in Hawaii proves just how timeless this film is and will continue to be.
I don't know what else to say, Kubrick literally said everything.

Shifu is a genuinely great character and had a perfect arc. This is one of the first movies I remember seeing, and it was quite fun to relive the experience.
The third act (especially the final fight) is kind of lame, and the more dramatic tone of the near-perfect second act is washed away. The overall conclusion is something that Dreamworks made fun of in films like Shrek, and it just felt cheap.
