Darren Carver-Balsiger’s review published on Letterboxd:
Raging Bull is Martin Scorsese's most technically accomplished work. It certainly remains his best edited film, and probably the best shot, and maybe even best acted. It is also Scorsese's most experimental piece, being a biopic without a beginning or end and missing loads of pieces. It's also a stunning examination of flawed men and inflexible masculinity. It's not my favourite Scorsese, but it's damn close.
