"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here, this is the war room!"
I was fully prepared for the wholesomeness, but was caught by surprise by an incredibly detailed and loving portrayal of a way of life.
The most surprising thing about this is that Ryan Murphy has a producer credit but it doesn't suck. I guess he was busy ruining other fun LGBT+ concepts.
Anyway as someone who has been very much into theatre lately and misses going to live performances this was fun and despite its very uncomfortable text at times, still felt comforting and warm, in the end. You can see that it was made with love for the source material and utmost respect for the creator, and that has the power to make simple things great.
