This movie was a load of bullshit. Ignoring the fact that it feels unfinished, the pieces used to create this mess are lazy and poorly shot. The first act is stitched together and covered with haphazardly assembled classic rock songs to distract you from the fact that it's 30 minutes of expository dialogue that could've been done later in the movie by showing the characters actually doing stuff that would tell us something about them. Or it should've introduced these characters in a previous movie. Something to get rid of that awful opening act.
But then the second act comes and it's just as bad, with lame action scenes and one-liners that hardly land and a mission that doesn't really make much sense. The characters don't do anything interesting and they certainly don't feel like a squad. The villain is a cgi monstrosity with terrible cgi henchmen. Everything that I've ever complained about in a superhero movie appears here in excruciating fashion.
I'm seriously baffled by this movie. It's going to be a huge joke in 10 years.
