"It's real Christian theology. Sorry!"
-Stephen Biro on the plot of Song of Solomon
A surprisingly talky movie (be prepared for lengthy conversations and even lengthier exorcism scenes), but the plot is fun to watch unfold, the gore is fabulous, it's often incredibly funny, and Biro's direction is surprisingly inspired, with a ton of off kilter visuals and lighting (even if it is occasionally a tad overedited). An absolute blast with a rowdy crowd.
