    Honest Thief

    ★★½

I would’ve preferred the prequel to this film (and go ahead and call it Dishonest Thief) so we can see Neeson robbing more banks, because that was the most interesting but all too brief part. The premise of the thief and cops switching roles as far as what they plan to do with the stolen money is actually an interesting one but the execution here was lacking.

    Wonder Woman 1984

    ★★★

"How do you know the guarantee fairy isn't some crazy glue sniffer. He sneaks into your house once and that's all it takes. This brought me right back to Knives Out with the vomiting, why all of…

    Margaret

    ★★★½

Margaret is ahead of its time. Meaning that if made today, it would definitely be a streaming service limited series of about five hours in length. Even though the film is already long at 2 1/2 hours, I can easily see doubling the run time with more freak outs, maybe an additional boyfriend or two, arguments with her mom and maybe some more meaningless conversations over coffee with Matt Damon, and the introduction of new characters as cliffhangers, the chapter…
