Deep down of me I still have massive respect and appreciation for Vivienne to make these types of animations as a YouTuber/animator who's clearly following her passions and dreams, something that I can deeply relate to as upcoming animator myself, but her stories are clearly not made for me.
To me it seems that she doesn't really have that much of a grip on storytelling, since her characters are either the same types that she's used before, or, in this…
Would've been fine if it was a short experimental student film or if it was trying to do something new and interesting with the vertical aspect, but I kept getting reminded that this was just a manipulative way of a billion dollar corporation to convince people to buy an iPhone, and even then it wasn't even that convincing, seeing how shitty the story was and how unappealing it was filmed (it seems as if films use 'rule of thirds' so people can actually have a clear view on the scenery and story, crazy to think that, right!!??).
