Let's be honest, it has a lot of weaknesses and overall a lack of focus. But there's something about big monsters fighting that it's really hard to dislike.
The MonsterVerse is a cinematic universe I can definitely get behind.

High points of this:
-Brie larson
-Brie larson petting Kong
- the sheer irony of a Warner's movie presenting a society without private property as a positive thing (I'm not complaining though)
-Jorge Ben

This is definitely my favorite so far. It's also the one where the political subtext is more explicit than the previous ones. Like, Harry forming a student's guerrilla to resist the interference of fucking 'Tories' is peak of the series for me.

-Neville and Luna are so adorable. I wanna be their friends.
-Harry with a serious case of yellow fever.
-Hermione 'I'm sure Harry's kissing is more than satisfactory' Granger
