My first movie after taking a break from letterboxd. I may be going through a rough time right now but I'm extremely glad I decided to start with this masterpiece for the holiday season. Kristen Stewart has me floored from the second she appeared on screen until the final shot, capturing the subtle mannerisms to the core. The accompaniment of music and mesmerising cinematography made it hard for me to tear my eyes from the screen. Spencer is truly an atmospheric, heartbreaking film and a must-see. Kristen has always had my heart and this just proves what a great actress she is.

    A Secret Love

It might have been just one more walk beneath the moonlight hue
But, darling, it meant everything because I walked with you

Hours fled like winged moments, hand in hand, we…

Alright, this is one of those movies where I'm having a hard time deciding on whether this deserves half a star more than what I originally intended on rating. Maybe I have my viewing experience to blame; tbf I had my tv on full blast to emulate the best experience possible and maybe it should be considered a crime to not see this on the big screen (god I miss the movie theaters so much) but I still genuinely enjoyed…

Band-Maid?? Miyavi? Mary Elizabeth Winstead doused in blood and neon?? Yes please 😩

Wasn't expecting much, but Kate is such a pleasant surprise. So, I'm just gonna go ahead and say it, this is bascially a John Wick movie but with a female lead and tbh I'm not complaining. Mary Elizabeth Winstead portrayed the role perfectly... the chokehold this woman has on me rn is unreal, goddamn i fucking love her so much.

This was enjoyable all throughout and it's nice to watch something that doesn't require me to think too much.
