Felt like a 90 minute version of the Scorcese cameo in Taxi Driver, and I mean that as a compliment. A grimy, sweaty New York streets movie produced by Spike Lee and Showtime and cut together by longtime Woody Allen editor Susan E. Morse, people clearly put a lot of trust in first time director Lee Davis, it's a shame he was never given another project of this magnitude.

What a weird, weird, weird, weird, weird, weird, weird little movie.
It's terrible, but jeez it's pretty fascinating.
This has some good moments and the acting is good enough but the writing is a mess. A lot of things don't make sense and a lot of the characters motivations really don't make any sense. The over-complicated plot, especially when it does'nt give you the serial killer plot that is promised, brings down a film that wastes some talented actors.
