Lucy Hale your agent doesn’t love you.

Fair warning: don’t watch this with your mom if you don’t want a handful of uncomfortable scenes to have to sit through. 

Lucy Hale was decent, as was her male costar. Their chemistry was actually pretty decent but I’m also not sure if that’s actually true or if it seems that way because everything else around them came across flat. 

I went in expecting a not so good movie and I received what I expected. Needless to say, I ended up on my phone a lot during this movie. But 1.5 stars for the small handful of chuckles this got out of me.

I was totally expecting this to be lame but I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it quite a bit and laughed more than a few times. I’ve watched a couple of movies today and I felt like I was on a bit of a bad run because most of them were lame, thankfully the evening has ended with a winner, at least in my eyes anyway.

I’m a fan of Lucy Hale, and I also went in with low expectations so I reckon that helped my enjoyment of the film. No it’s not necessarily clever or smart or memorable but for an easy romcom watch on a Saturday night it hit the spot. I was surprised at the amount of adult humour, it’s wise for Lucy Hale to start to progress into more adult roles at this point in her career.

the to do list literally already exists and it’s a masterpiece, we don’t need this second hand embarrassment movie

Very comedic, Lucy Hale was an amazing actress for this role. I recommend it but it is NOT a family movie 😂

Basically a remake of "The To Do List" with Lucy Hale in the Aubrey Plaza role.

Let's just say that two dudes directing a film about female sex-positivity is not a great thing.

Surprising amount of slut shaming from the main character despite her journey to be able to say 'Hot Throbbing Cock' convincingly in a sentence

Who knew a 90-minute comedy about sex could be so unfunny and dull and feel much longer than 90 minutes? Lucy Hale's cuteness managed to keep me awake throughout, but if you're not a fan of hers, I wouldn't go near this movie.

This actually made me chuckle and it was a cute movie 

My only problems was the shaming of sex workers, sex enthusiasts, non sex enthusiasts (like the main character) and dumb stereotype/title “nice girl” 

Liking sex, being an expert in sex is still a nice girl ? 

Not having many partners or being uncomfortable with sex is OKAY and it is not the definition of a “nice girl” 

If anything this movie shows how uneducated anyone can be and how uncomfortable and comfortable it can be ! It’s not an easy process for some and that movie reminds us that even I now in 2021 ITS STIILL A THING 

But yeah I just don’t like the whole nice girl bit, super annoying but Lucy was pretty relatable so !!
