This early 80's slasher, rescued from obscurity, isn't entirely groundbreaking but still packs enough wild and unsettling moments to haunt its way into the canon.
Feeling like Terror Train via Final Exam, this college-set murder-mystery depicts a rising body count revolving around a group of horny and dysfunctional students. Break-ups, infidelities, and hijinks act as engaging filler, while a mounting dread forms between each sinister murder sequence.
While it's rammed with exposition, follows the formula like it's got a gun to its head, and occasionally dips in momentum from those pesky dry yawners, I actually found it pretty damn creepy.
