Et puis, si le twit qui l'a réalisé avait pas décidé de montrer le visage du/de la meurtrier.ère avant que Poirot dévoile c'était qui (et donc, de me priver de la délicieuse satisfaction du mystère enfin résolu sur un coup de théâtre), Hickory Dickory Dock aurait sûrement été dans mes adaptations préférées d'Agatha Christie's Poirot.

Pis aussi, ouark, la bouffe dans le film.

With Captain Hastings it would be much better.

David Suchet is the best Poirot!! He is so delightful to watch. This was a cozy, very British whodunnit. Such a nice change from that 2017 adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express.

I adored this episode, so I'll be binging as much of this show as my parent's have available. With any luck, they'll have the full series.

TOO MANY RATS

Not really that interesting plot. Starting with theft is a change, but theft is not as interesting as murder. Some weird comedy between Poirot and Japp.

The end bit about f-word and dick-phobia felt a bit off tone for Poirot.

I was unexpectedly totally charmed by this one. I actually kind of think the mystery is more effective in this adaptation than in the book(!), and the added odd couple nonsense with Poirot and Japp is adorably hilarious.
