  L'ho preso perché ad un poliziesco d'azione anche se di serie C non dico mai di no. E perché in copertina c'era Jeff Wincott. Poi scopro che nonostante siano passati pochi anni dal suo periodo marziale, Jeff Wincott è un semplice comprimario e, soprattutto, non mena per niente! Il protagonista è James Russo, lunga carriera da caratterista con piccoli ruoli anche in titoli importanti ma che pur avendo la faccia tosta non ha il carisma per reggere da solo un film di genere. 
  Si parla molto e agisce poco, salvo qualche discreta sequenza d'azione - su tutte il finale con lunga sparatoria corale. 
  Ah, nel cast anche Ernie Hudson che si vede talmente poco da farti pensare che passasse lì per caso.

  My review -- this action/cultural/crime film title is now on DVD and the statistics of the budget or the profit margin are inconclusive to me based on the fact I couldn't find them. The basic storyline is this the audience meets this edgy cop that is an ex-alcoholic as he is getting in to work, whilst he is in a meeting of great importance suddenly this terrorist rushes in and tries to kill everyone after the situation many questions were asked, it is up to this cop and his precinct to find out what actually happened and why. Now I didn't watch all of this film actually to be more precise I could only stomach about 20 minutes, this is…
