for your consideration: chris messina's perpetual back and armpit sweat stains,,, absolute icon.
it has now been made clear why true detective season 2 had to be sacrificed to the hbo gods
Every time Amy Adams did her damaged sad face Emmy awards literally started materializing in my eyeballs
Camille: *breathes*
Camille's mom: *barges in* HOW DARE YOU!
*turns* I apologize for my daughter's behavior...
Camille: Wh..who are you talking t-
Camille's mom: STOP EMBARRASSING ME
amy adams if you read this i'm free on thursday and would like to hang out please respond to this and then hang out with me on thursday when i'm free
First of all what the fuck second of all thank u Amy Adams third of all what the fuck
when both the film and television academies stop snubbing amy adams then i will know peace
It’s a bit of a slow burn, but it keeps your attention all the way through, misleading you regularly. And that ending had me thinking about it for days! So good!
Suspense, ótimas atuações (Amy maravilhosa), final surpreendente. Obrigada pelo mimo HBO.
Terrified, stunned, and brutal all the way to the core. A traumatized reporter is dragged back to her backwater town when two girls are murdered.
Amy Adams is very good here, maybe my favorite performance for her.
okay so rewatched this upon finishing the book and WOW!!! okay so:
- gillian flynn is a WRITER!!!!!!
- Adams, Scanlen & Clarkson are THREE AMAZINGLY TALENTED WHITE WOMEN!!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 the disgusting fact that NONE of these women got an Emmy for this role simply leave me flabbergasted.
- the suspense, the imagery, and the themes tied into this story are so magical and really make this series so special
if you haven’t watched this then I encourage u 2!!!✨✨✨
the only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because those first two episodes are super slow and I feel like this series could have easily been 6/7 episodes rather than the 8 but that’s my personal opinion!
Great!!! Read the book first!! Book was better but they did very good keeping it close as possible to the same as the book!!! ❤❤❤
I don't know where to start.....maybe i don't start at all....
The cast, the performance, the story and all of the serie is amazing and perfect.
Now excuse me, but i have to stay alone in my room in a complete silence untill the trauma is over.
