Really love how restrained the film is when it comes to actually showing violence during the action. And Michael Shannon is a fantastic actor.

Wow that was... quite a ride. I know I haven't seen enough of Anurag Kashyap films but still, I never really got him being labelled as India's Quentin Tarantino... that was until this film. boring copaganda trash. could've been fun if it was treated like a satire but this only ends up being laughable in all kinds of bad ways. but alex garland going from this to ex machina is quite a glow up i must say.

Tender and compassionate and also sad near the end. Took a while to get into the story and alot of the ADR is distracting is it tends to be with old low budget films but it's still a great film filled with wonderful performances. Can be whimsical at times but never once does it take away the emotional core and gravity of the situations that the characters are placed in. Great great cinema.

So well crafted. Matt Reeves is one of the best blockbuster filmmakers in the business right now. Would've rated this higher but I can't stand TJ M*ller.
