FredM’s review published on Letterboxd:
In this gripping prison drama we follow the routine of the arrival of a juvenile delinquent into an adult prison - thorough body searches, clicking locks and slamming doors. An initial speechless type, trying to find his way in this new surroundings. But then, after an early fight, things get heavy.
I cannot fully put a finger on why I didn't like this more, maybe the father-son relationship should have been fleshed out more, and while the movie features bursts of sheer brilliance, but unfortunately, also the other way round, which prevented me from being entirely pulled in.
