I have so much to say but I don't know how to put my thoughts into words. This film is, if anything, authentic. It has left me in a state of nostalgia, missing failed relationships and the arguments that came with them.
Technically, this movie is perfect. The acting is worthy of so many statues, the cinematography and choice of colour (or lack thereof) is enticing and leaves you to focus on the dialogue, and the dialogue…

It took a while but here I am.
The acting in this movie is truly incredible. Jack Nicholson, Will Sampson, Brad Dourif, Danny DeVito... they really all played their roles beautifully and created such believable characters. That being said, it's probably the only positive thing I have to say about this film.

I really wanted to like this but I couldn't get through it. I found it to be so slow, boring and pointless.
Did I subconsciously want to avoid witnessing the main characters kissing? Perhaps, but in all cases I'll have to revisit this when my brain isn't yelling ''GO REWATCH ALL OF KUWTK!!'' at me incessantly.
