• Encanto

this was alright. it’s cute but that’s about it. Camilo should’ve been the main character too. also can i just say how it’s ok to watch a movie and like enjoy the characters and relate to them or whatever but actively erasing what the movie is about (in this case, generational trauma) in favor of your headcanons is extremely weird. like no this movie isn’t about weird gay uncles it’s about specific latin american experiences

  • Canoa: A Shameful Memory

    Canoa: A Shameful Memory

    George of the Jungle

bizarre, goofy, campy, and one of the best movies disney ever made.

loooove brendan fraser on this and the fourth wall breaks by the narrator.

  • Justin Bieber: Seasons

    Justin Bieber: Seasons

watched this about a year ago but forgot to rate it.

Seasons is an intimate look at icon Justin Bieber’s personal life– his struggles with anxiety and Lyme disease, the creation of his fifth studio album Changes (funny, by the time I’m reviewing this, his sixth studio album Justice already topped charts worldwide), and mostly, the real focus of the docuseries, his engagement and wedding to Hailey Bieber Baldwin.

While I do wish the docuseries had touched more on Justin’s life outside of his relationship with his wife, I don’t have much criticism for Seasons; it’s short, concise, sweet, and entertaining. Definitely a win for Beliebers everywhere.

  • Peter Pan

    Peter Pan

this is the most beautiful coming-of-age, comforting young love story ever made. never realized how bad the special effects are though lol.

what kind of childhood did you have if jeremy sumpter as peter pan wasn’t one of your first celebrity crushes?

  • Don't Look Up

    Don't Look Up

a fun time but also a painfully average film with a great cast. that’s really all there is to it.
