Christopher Henderson’s review published on Letterboxd:
Has the heart of an old Spielberg adventure film but with an outstanding VR world that is ripe with tons of pop culture references and some decent world building. It's a hell of a good time that I feel doesn't over indulge in nerd love as much as I thought it would. People can complain about there being references but I rather have something with real heart, great acting, and gorgeous visuals over ridiculous and annoying stuff like A Wrinkle in Time. CHARLES WALLACE! CHARLES WALLACE! Jesus. That's a bad movie.
