    easily the most successful work of his career. he should have ended his career right here - the stars aligned, everything fell into place, and he hit all the right beats, achieving all that an ambitious postmodern comedian could ever hope to pull off with an elaborate satirical prank like this. it nails the caricature of media dorks patting themselves on the back with empty buzzwords and sloganeering and meritless pseudo-profundity. unfortunately this was the beginning of his slide into right-wing radicalization and his focus on sociopolitical critique became almost exclusively steeped in bigotry.
