Gumby Badger’s review published on Letterboxd:
Is this as good as the Siodmak version? No. Is it Don Siegel's best film? Also no. But what it is is a pretty enjoyable sun-soaked noir that includes some great performances (Marvin, Cassavetes, and Reagan are all in top form) and a couple of really fun car sequences. The femme fatale angle doesn't work so well. Dickinson is no Ava Gardner, but then again, who is?
