After the first 40 minutes, I thought I was going to hate this. It elevated a lot after that and it was one hell of an experience. All the techniques that is used kind of made the film better irrespective of its flaws. The main character 'Rosemary' played by Mia Farrow is always making stupid decisions and being victimized throughout the film. This made the film downright annoying for me because it's mostly centered around her suffering and torment.
This film is absolutely influential on modern horrors like Get Out and even on a musical like Annette. Even after the end credits, the effect of the film stays on the mind of the viewer for various other reasons regarding all the controversies surrounding it.
Rosemary's Baby: 7/10
