Harishbabu’s review published on Letterboxd:
Kore-eda subverts our expectations and he keeps on fooling us till the end in his court-room drama The Third Murder. Koji Yakusho is so great in the role of Misumi. The score and cinematography contributes so much to the film. Felt that Kore-eda used the High & low technique a bit too much. Not all the characters are given enough importance unlike his other works. Still, a great watch and this is much better than I expected.
The Third Murder: 7.8/10
