"what should we know about artists? what should they reveal to us, and why do we care so much?"
i've said it before and i'll say it again: no movie where kit harington belts blink-182 in a bathtub after hotboxing the bathroom with susan sarandon could ever be "bad." also natalie portman and jacob tremblay give such heart-wrenching performances in this and for that reason if nothing else it's a shame this went so under the radar. i also forgot how great the soundtrack / score is and the 2000s nostalgia is very real
