So, You Liked 'The Witch,' Now What?

Like many of you, I was completely enamored with The Witch, especially the ethereal qualities and the feelings it evoked from within, in my review I mentioned that the film hooked me, by that, I suppose I mean it grabbed on and squeezed, making it almost hard to breathe, relentlessly holding on until the very end but never letting go entirely, even after it ends.

If you're interested in horror, whether starting out on a genre journey or not, here are a few horror films with the same dramatic elements that caused me to have a similar reaction, that, hopefully, will hook you too.
