As a small-town Midwesterner, I too believe that one day I’ll run into my high school infatuation at the local grocery store. On impulse I’d probably walk quickly in the other direction, but it would be great to see our interaction unfold like this film: a little bit awkward, extremely nostalgic, and truly sentimental.

Unpregnant 2020
I really loved certain moments in this (ie: the carnival ride and train track scenes), but wasn’t totally into the rest. The way they presented the procedure of abortion at the end was amazing. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but this may have been the first time I’ve ever seen the topic of abortion handled so gracefully and without aggression. Huge thumbs up for that.
