*sigh* they just don’t make them like they used to.
I’ll add my voice to the symphony of support this film has garnered. The visual elements are just as strong as the aural elements creating an immersive viewing experience. JK Simmons’ accolades are clearly well-deserved. And at the end of the day, the story rests on its own for being a thoughtful exploration of creativity, control, mediocrity, purpose and power. Two sticks up (*insert cymbal crash here*).
