After delving into the world of Scorsese and his many masterpieces, Taxi Driver stood out to me. It could have been the absolutey amazing and mesmerising performance by Robert De Niro, the precision of directorial choices by Scorsese’s himself, the brutal and technically astonishing cinematography by Micheal Chapman, which perfectly portrays the charectas sheer hatred of “ people”, or maybe it’s how all these aspects are brought together so well.
